Can I use your products commercially?
Yes! All our products come with a royalty-free license for commercial use. You can use our sounds and plugins in your released music, client projects, and more.
Do I need a subscription or is it a one-time purchase?
All our products are one-time purchases. Once you buy, it's yours forever with free updates included.
What's your refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally don't offer refunds. However, if you experience technical issues we can't resolve, please contact our support team.

Which DAWs are compatible with your plugins?
Our plugins work with all major DAWs including Ableton Live, Logic Pro, FL Studio, Pro Tools, Cubase, Studio One, and any other VST3/AU compatible host.
What are the system requirements?
Our plugins require macOS 10.13 or later, or Windows 10 or later. 4GB RAM minimum, 8GB recommended. No iLok required.
How do I install the plugins?
Download the installer from your account, run it, and follow the on-screen instructions. The plugin will appear in your DAW's plugin list after a rescan.
My plugin isn't showing up in my DAW - what should I do?
Try rescanning your plugins folder in your DAW's preferences. If that doesn't work, verify the plugin is installed in the correct location and that your DAW supports the plugin format (VST3 or AU).

How do I download my purchases?
After purchase, download links are available immediately in your account. You can also find them in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I re-download products later?
Absolutely! Your purchases are permanently linked to your account. Log in anytime to access and re-download your products.
I lost my serial key - can I recover it?
Yes, all your serial keys are stored in your account dashboard. Log in and visit your purchases page to find them.
Do my downloads expire?
Never! Once purchased, your products are available for download indefinitely from your account.

What's the difference between plugins and sample packs?
Plugins are software instruments and effects that run inside your DAW. Sample packs are collections of audio files (loops, one-shots, etc.) that you can drag and drop into any project.
What file formats are included with sample packs?
Our sample packs include high-quality WAV files at 24-bit/44.1kHz, compatible with any DAW or sampler.
Are the sample packs royalty-free?
Yes, all our sample packs are 100% royalty-free. Use them in your productions without any additional fees or credits required.
